At Your Friend Buddy, each item is made with care and intention. Because we offer print-on-demand products that are created specifically for you after your order is placed, as well as digital products that are delivered instantly, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been submitted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly make it right by offering a replacement when applicable.

Digital Products
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
